Apply first
Creator accounts are applied for, not switched on. A person reviews the application — this is a marketplace where the public spends money in advance, so we check who is selling. Expect a couple of working days.
Have your business details and payout account to hand. Depending on your market and your volume, identity or business verification documents may be required before your first withdrawal.
Build the event
- Name, date, doors time and venue — with the map pin the taxi driver will actually use.
- A cover image. It is what people see in every listing, so use the best one you have.
- Description, line-up and running order. Say what a ticket includes and what it does not.
- Age restriction and accessibility information, if either applies.
- Your refund policy. This becomes a term of sale, so write the one you can honour.
Everything saves as a draft. Nothing is public until you publish, and you can schedule publishing if the announcement is timed.
Set your ticket types
At minimum you need one type with a price and a quantity. Beyond that you can add early-bird tiers with their own sale windows, table or group tickets, and free entry.
Publish
Publishing puts the event into search and the category listings straight away. Share the link, and watch the tiers move from your dashboard.
Buy a ticket to your own event first, on the cheapest tier, and refund it. Five minutes spent walking your own checkout finds the things that reading the page does not.
