3. Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases made through TiqStar are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices for tickets are as quoted on our platform and may be subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

4. Event Creators

Event creators using our platform agree to provide accurate event information, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and fulfill their obligations to ticket purchasers. TiqStar acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of events listed on our platform.

5. Intellectual Property

The TiqStar platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by TiqStar and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TiqStar, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
