For event creators
Run the event. We'll run the door.
From a room of forty to a festival field — sell tickets, know exactly who's coming, get everyone through the gate, and get paid.

On sale the same day you apply is approved
7% and the processor fee. Nothing else.
Why creators choose Tiqstar
The parts of running an event that usually go wrong
On sale the same day
Build the page, set your tiers, publish. Your event is searchable and in the category listings straight away.
Tiers that match how you actually sell
Early bird, tables, group rates, comps, free entry — with per-tier limits, sale windows and who absorbs the fee.
Numbers while it matters
Sales, revenue and check-ins as they happen, not a report afterwards. You can see the room filling from your phone.
A door that works without signal
Scan with a phone or a handheld at the desktop app. Both keep admitting people when the venue Wi-Fi gives out, and reconcile after.
Money you can follow
Every fee itemised, every payout traceable, straight to your bank or mobile-money account.
What you get
Included from your first event, not unlocked by a plan.
Event builder
Images, line-up, schedule, venue and map, age limits, refund policy — plus drafts and scheduled publishing for when the announcement is timed.
How to set one up
Ticket tiers and inventory
Multiple tiers with their own prices, caps and sale windows. Sell out and the waitlist takes over, offering returns to the queue in order.
Structuring what you sell
Promo codes and guest lists
Percentage or fixed discounts, usage limits and expiry dates. Comp your guests without pretending they bought a ticket.
Discounting on purpose
Gate staff and scanning
Add scanners to an event without giving them your account. They see the guest list and the scanner, and nothing else.
Running the door
Message your attendees
Reminders, changes of plan, thank-yous. Consent and unsubscribes are handled for you, so a message you send is one you were allowed to send.
What you can send
Book the vendors too
Catering, photography, sound, security — booked through the platform with payment held in escrow until the job is done.

How it works
Four steps from applying to being paid
1
Apply
Tell us who you are and what you run. A person reviews it — this is a marketplace people spend money in, so we check who is selling.
2
Build your event
Page, tiers, dates, policies. Save it as a draft and take as long as you like before it goes live.
3
Publish and sell
Your event enters search and the category listings. Share the link, run promo codes, watch the tiers move.
4
Run the door, get paid
Scan people in on the night, then withdraw your earnings to your bank or mobile-money account.
7% and the processor's fee. That's it.
No monthly subscription, no listing fee, no cap on events or attendees. Free tickets cost nothing to issue.
