Manage your events with AI

Tell ChatGPT, Claude or any AI assistant what you need — a new event, a VIP ticket, how sales are going — and it does it on your Tiqstar account.

What you can ask

Ask in your own words, the way you'd ask someone on your team. For example:

  • “Create a draft event for Saturday 14 June at Eko Hotel”
  • “Add a VIP ticket at ₦50,000 with 100 available”
  • “How are my events selling this week?”
  • “Approve everyone waiting for my workshop”
  • “Send my guests an update that doors open at 6”
  • “Make a 20% early-bird code”
  • “Who has checked in so far?”
  • “Postpone my show by a week”

It covers events, tickets, guests and check-in, promo codes, messages to your guests, your team, merch, and sales and earnings. Almost anything you can do in Tiqstar, your assistant can do for you. The one thing it never does is move money.

How it works

  1. Connect Tiqstar to your assistant. You only do this once: paste the Tiqstar address into your assistant's settings.
  2. Sign in and approve. Your assistant sends you to Tiqstar to sign in. You choose what it may do — just look, or make changes too — and how long it stays connected.
  3. Just chat. Ask for what you need, and follow along as it works.

You don't need to know where anything lives in Tiqstar. Your assistant finds the right Tiqstar action itself, fills in the details from what you've told it, and asks you before anything that can't be undone.

Connect your assistant

Every assistant uses the same Tiqstar address:

https://tiqstar.com/mcp

ChatGPT

In ChatGPT, go to Settings → Apps & Connectors → Create, paste the address and sign in to Tiqstar when it asks.

Claude

Go to Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, paste the address and sign in to Tiqstar when it asks.

Gemini, Copilot, Cursor and other assistants

Any assistant that supports MCP — the standard AI apps use to connect to other services — can use Tiqstar. Add a server with this address: https://tiqstar.com/mcp

Developers and agents

Import the OpenAPI document at https://tiqstar.com/api/v1/ai/openapi.json, or read the agent guide, written for AIs to read before they connect. The Developer API page has the rest.

Safe by design

  • It acts as you. Your assistant can only do what you can do on Tiqstar, and only the parts you approved. On someone else's event, it has your permissions there and no more.
  • You choose: look, or change. Let it read your events and sales, or let it make changes too.
  • Connections run out. A connection ends after the time you choose — a day unless you pick otherwise. Then your assistant asks you to sign in again.
  • It asks before anything final. Deleting, cancelling or removing anything waits until you say yes.
  • Money never moves through an assistant. It can show your sales, balance and payouts, but it can't withdraw money, issue refunds or change your payout details.
  • Disconnect any time. Go to AI assistants in your account, and the connection stops straight away.
  • Every change is on record. What your assistant changes appears in your account history, just like the changes you make yourself.
  • Tiqstar can switch assistants off. If anything ever looks wrong, our team can pause assistant connections for everyone at once.

Prefer a key?

Some tools let you paste a key instead of signing in. Make a personal API key in your account under Creator → Developer, give it only the access it needs, and choose when it expires. Then give it to your tool as Authorization: Bearer followed by the key.

Keys, scopes and webhooks are explained in full on the Developer API page.

Questions

Which assistants work?

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Cursor, and any other assistant or agent that supports MCP. Tools that work from an OpenAPI document can use that instead.

Do I need to know what MCP is?

No. Paste one address into your assistant, and sign in when it asks. That's the whole setup.

Can it spend money or pay me out?

No. It can show your sales, balance and payouts, but it can't buy anything, withdraw money or change where your payouts go. Those stay with you, signed in on Tiqstar.

What if it does something I didn't mean?

It asks you first before anything that can't be undone, like cancelling an event. Most other changes — a ticket price, an event description — you can simply change back, or ask your assistant to. And you can disconnect it at any time.

Does it work for my co-hosts and crew?

Yes. Each person connects their own assistant and signs in as themselves, so it only gets the permissions they have on your events.
