The Fregz Dinner Table - Lagos Edition

After a sold-out run in London, The Fregz Dinner Table comes home to Lagos for an intimate, family-style dining experience. This edition is hosted at The Amana in Lekki One — a stunning new space that blends industrial architecture with warm, organic textures.

The evening unfolds over five courses, each inspired by Chef Fregz's signature style of "New Lagos Cuisine" — traditional Nigerian flavours reimagined with global techniques:

1. Amuse-bouche: Smoked catfish bon-bon with scotch bonnet gel

2. Starter: Deconstructed jollof risotto with grilled prawns

3. Palate cleanser: Zobo granita with hibiscus foam

4. Main: 12-hour braised short rib, plantain purée, egusi crumble

5. Dessert: Coconut panna cotta, palm wine caramel, toasted groundnut

Each course is paired with a cocktail crafted by The Amana's resident mixologist. The communal table seats 24 — no strangers by dessert.

Seats: ₦85,000 (communal table), ₦150,000 (chef’s counter, six seats a night). The Madala drinks pairing is a ₦25,000 add-on. Five sittings, 10-14 December, twenty guests a night. Dress code: effortlessly stylish.
