After a sold-out run in London, The Fregz Dinner Table comes home to Lagos for an intimate, family-style dining experience. This edition is hosted at The Amana in Lekki One — a stunning new space that blends industrial architecture with warm, organic textures.
The evening unfolds over five courses, each inspired by Chef Fregz's signature style of "New Lagos Cuisine" — traditional Nigerian flavours reimagined with global techniques:
1. Amuse-bouche: Smoked catfish bon-bon with scotch bonnet gel
2. Starter: Deconstructed jollof risotto with grilled prawns
3. Palate cleanser: Zobo granita with hibiscus foam
4. Main: 12-hour braised short rib, plantain purée, egusi crumble
5. Dessert: Coconut panna cotta, palm wine caramel, toasted groundnut
Each course is paired with a cocktail crafted by The Amana's resident mixologist. The communal table seats 24 — no strangers by dessert.
Seats: ₦85,000 (communal table), ₦150,000 (chef’s counter, six seats a night). The Madala drinks pairing is a ₦25,000 add-on. Five sittings, 10-14 December, twenty guests a night. Dress code: effortlessly stylish.

Valet at the Lekki One entrance on Freedom Way; a small self-park deck is signposted from the service lane.
Lift access to the dining floor, level route from the lift to the table, and one accessible washroom on the same level. Tell the team when booking so seating is arranged.

- Seats are released in nightly sittings of twenty. Cancel more than 14 days ahead for a full refund, or up to 72 hours ahead to move to another night at no charge. Inside 72 hours the seat is non-refundable but may be passed to a named guest.
- Tickets can be transferred to someone else.
- This event is restricted to ages 18 and over.
- Your ticket QR code lives in your tickets and is scanned at the gate.
